Application for construction of disabled persons bungalow.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this development was acceptable in principle, but the Access Officer had reservations about the internal layout. He suggested that the access should provide a turning area to avoid disabled residents having to reverse onto the street. Following negotiations it was felt that the internal layout was acceptable for the prospective tenant.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16190/1, subject to provision of a turning area to the access.
