LAND ADJACENT TO 84A THE STREET, CARLTON COLVILLE

The Director of Planning and Building Control, in pursuance of powers delegated to him under minute V3-304.2, authorised service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect a Horse Chestnut tree on land adjacent to 84a The Street, Carlton Colville, Lowestoft. Notice of the making of the Order had been served on the owners of the land, and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land adjacent to 84a The Street, Carlton Colville) Tree Preservation Order (No,247) 1997, be confirmed as an unopposed Order.
