V25-1479 : TREE PRESERVATION ORDER (NO. 243) 1997

LAND AT THE GRANGE, THE STREET, SOUTH ELMHAM ST JAMES

The Director of Planning and Building Control, in pursuance of powers delegated to him under minute V3-304/2, authorised service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect various trees on land at The Grange, The Street, South Elmham St James.

Notice of making of the Order had been served on the owners of the land and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (land at The Grange, The Street, South Elmham St James) Tree Preservation Order (No.243) 1997, be confirmed as an unopposed Order.
