Application for sub-division of retail unit into three smaller units with additional glazed frontage and canopies.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above unit would be roughly equally divided into three units, with the main changes being external comprising canopies to each unit. New openings would also be created for one of the units and to the right of the main entrance. His recommendation was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W2863/23.
