Application for refurbishment of existing sheltered accommodation.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above application was to improve the standard of accommodation and to landscape and upgrade the courtyard. The changes were mostly internal, with the main external element being an access corridor to the ground and first floor units. There would be little impact to the outside confines of the complex whilst inside the units would become larger and self-contained. The Director recommended approval subject to use of matching materials.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4 (5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 planning permission be granted to application W9959/2, subject to use of matching materials.
