V25-1473 : W1092/1 - BREYDON, COMMODORE ROAD, LOWESTOFT
Application for demolition of existing house and erection of detached bungalow and garage. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was a backland site, however replacement of the existing two storey house with a bungalow would not add to any problems, and would have less visual impact on the area; he recommended approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W1092/1.
