Application for change of use to two flats.
The Director of Planning and Building Control recommended refusal to this application on grounds of overdevelopment of the site. The application would have an impact on the neighbour's windows and amenity space was approximately half the required level. A broadly similar scheme had been approved eight years ago, however, this had been for an office with flat above. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W14359/2.
