Application for erection of chainlink fence.

The Director of Planning and Building Control recommended approval of this application subject to the fence being set back from the boundary to allow landscaping to the road.

RESOLVED

That Suffolk County Council be informed that this Council raises no objection to the grant of planning permission to application W15615/1 subject to the fence being set back from the boundary, with landscaping to the road.

(Councillor Bostock declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate).
