V25-1467 : W8686/21 - FORMER LOTHINGLAND HOSPITAL SITE, ALLINGTON-SMITH CLOSE,
Outline application to construct four dwellings.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that an application for this site had been refused at minute V25-1213 as being contrary to the Local Plan policy for the area, and the current application made no real changes. Letters of support had been received from the agents for the site and also for the land adjoining the application site, but there had been no further evidence of a link between this application and the residential care home application. An objection had been received from a resident on grounds of the application being against policy, and the recommendation of the Director was for refusal. RESOLVED
That outline planning permission be refused to application W8686/21.
