Application to construct two dwellings.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that although this plot was approximately the same size as two of the neighbouring very small terraced houses, it was inadequate for two modern units. The application would not meet amenity and parking standards, and a single house would be more acceptable on the site; he recommended refusal. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W16984.
