V25-1463 : 35 BECKHAM ROAD, LOWESTOFT - UNTIDY LAND
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that several complaints had been received regarding the poor appearance and condition of 35 Beckham Road, which was due to neglect and lack of maintenance. The rear garden was often used as a dumping ground, which was detrimental to the amenity of the area, and action was required to ensure it was tidied. RESOLVED
That the Chief Executive be authorised to serve an Untidy Land Notice under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1991 on the owner of 35 Beckham Road, Lowestoft, requiring the property to be tidied and to take all pursuant action to ensure compliance.
