The Chief Executive reminded members that consideration of this application for the use of the above premises as a hostel for a five year period was deferred at the last meeting of the Sub- Committee pending a site visit.

Since the site visit it had been discovered that the proposed use of the building was as a house in multiple occupation, and as such the matter should be considered by the Housing in Multiple Occupation Panel.

RESOLVED

That consideration of application W3780/9 be referred to the Housing in Multiple Occupation Panel.
