V25-1374 : VEHICLES AND PLANT 1998/99
The report of the Director of Waveney Contract Services listed vehicles identified for replacement in 1998/99, mainly due to their age and condition. Although approval was sought to replace, final decisions would be made according to the financial position of the appropriate trading account. The vehicles and plant would be financed either from contract surpluses, or external/internal leasing. The Director would examine the use of "green" fuels, and present a report to the next meeting. RESOLVED
That an overall budget of £245,000 for replacement vehicles and plant for 1998/99 be approved.
