V25-137 : NORFOLK STRUCTURE PLAN

The Committee considered the report of the Director of Planning and Building Control which outlined the review of the Norfolk Structure Plan and implications for Waveney.

The Director of Planning and Building Control re-affirmed concerns expressed in his report regarding the planned growth of Gt. Yarmouth and the subsequent possibility of intrusion on the strategic gap between Hopton and Corton.

RESOLVED

That the action of the Director of Planning and Building Control, in consultation with the Chairman of Development and Operations Committee, in forwarding comments to Norfolk County Council be approved.
