V25-1342 : OMBUDSMAN LOCAL SETTLEMENT
The report of the Chief Executive, which recommended that an offer of £150 in compensation or similar figure acceptable to the Ombudsman, be made to tenants' who had been not actively considered for a transfer because of a lapse in inter-section communication, was approved. (Para.7)
