V25-1340 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £2,426 for works comprising replacement of defective windows to front and rear bedrooms, pantry, front lounge and bathroom. The applicants' low income was considered to present an exceptional circumstance. (Para.5)
