V25-1339 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £3,329.00 for works comprising rebed chimney pot, strip and retile bay roof, replace two window frames, overhaul two sliding sash windows, replace one bottom sash, replace rear door frame and re-hang door, replace downpipe and rewire property. The structural nature of the works and the potential hazard negated by the rewiring were considered to present exceptional circumstances. (Para.5)
