V25-1336 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £1,555.44 for works comprising overhaul of chimney stack, replacement of two window frames and overhaul others, and replace entrance door and frame. The structural nature of the works and the property's location within the improvements to the South Lowestoft Regeneration area considered exceptional circumstances. (Para.5)
