TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services related to a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on Programmed Groups 6 and 32. Tenants who were not satisfied, and the reason, was listed at the end of the summary, and the tenants who were not satisfied had been revisited and the defective work rectified. RESOLVED
That the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in respect of programmed maintenance work be continued and monitored by report to each cycle of meetings.
