V25-1319 : RENOVATION GRANTS
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services outlined the latest position in respect of Renovation Grants. The Director highlighted a projected underspend, but reminded members that the Kirkley Regeneration Area project was now coming online. A leafleting campaign in the area had already brought 70 inquiries. RESOLVED
That the Renovation Grants progress report be received.
