V25-1289 : BUNGALOW ADJACENT TO 39 HOMEFIELD AVENUE, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Community Services sought approval to stop up the footway at the above to allow the land to be transferred to Suffolk Heritage Housing Association Ltd. The Housing Sub-Committee at minute V25-1039 transfered a portion of the land at the above site to the Housing Association, but the public footway crossing the corner of the site, made development awkward and cramped.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to apply for the stopping up of the footway adjacent to 39 Homefield Avenue, Lowestoft under Section 116 of the Highway Act 1980 and to take all pursuant action.
