CONFIRMATION OF ARTICLE 4.2 DIRECTIONS
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control sought confirmation of the Article 4.2 Directions covering controls over alterations to the front elevations of properties in the newly designated conservation area extensions in North Lowestoft, South Lowestoft, Halesworth and Southwold Harbour, as approved at minute V25-847. The Article 4.2 Directions had been advertised and no further responses received. RESOLVED
That the Article 4.2 Directions covering the North Lowestoft, South Lowestoft, Halesworth and Southwold Harbour Conservation Area Extensions be confirmed.
