The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to the Broads Authority use only. The observation of the Town Council was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16980, subject to Broads Authority use only.

(Councillors Crisp, Jenkins, Kemp and Whatling declared an interest in this item and left the meeting during the discussion. Councillor Baker declared an interest in this item, but had left the meeting previously).

The Meeting was concluded at 8.50 pm
