Application for construction of semi-detached houses with double garages. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the proposal would adversely affect the protected trees on the site, and the siting of the garages would produce an unsatisfactory appearance when viewed from Grange Road. The observation of the Town Council was for refusal. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W16520/3.
