The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the proposal did not constitute genuine infill development, would leave the existing house with an inadequate garden/parking area, and was accessed by a poorly made lane. The observation of the Parish Council was for refusal on infill, traffic and sewage grounds. Five neighbours letters of objection were reported. RESOLVED
