Application to demolish and reconstruct compound and fencing.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the proposal removed an unsightly compound and replaced it with a smaller landscaped one. The Parish Council considered that the improvements were necessary and needed to be well screened. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W16967, subject to agreed screening.
