The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to minor amendments and the positioning of the garage to ensure vehicles did not need to reverse onto Lowestoft Road. The observation of the Parish Council was for approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to an amended application W16969.
