Application for change of use of orchard to residential garden.
The revised recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval. Although the application could be viewed as constituting residential development in the open countryside, conflicting with Policy V3 of the Local Plan, the proposal was sympathetic to the surroundings, and similar to several previously approved. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W11612/2, subject to the removal of permitted development rights.
