Outline Application for one dwelling.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the proposal was outside the limits of development and therefore contrary to Policy V3 of the Local Plan. The proposal could also set a precedent for subdivision and subsequent loss of character. The observation of the Parish Council was for refusal. A petition of 25 signatures against the development and five individual letters of complaint were reported.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W7137/15.
