Application for conversion of barns to three dwellings and new access drive.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval of a revised scheme with minor design amendments. The Parish Council had no objection.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16973, subject to conditions including the removal of permitted development rights, landscaping, deletion of the proposed balcony, and appropriate obscure glazing on the north facing side of the buildings.
