LAND AT 4 MARSH VIEW, BECCLES

The Director of Planning and Building Control, in pursuance of powers delegated to him under minute V3-304/2, had authorised service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect a Silver Birch Tree on land at Marsh View, Beccles. No objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land at 4 Marsh View, Beccles) Tree Preservation Order (No.245) 1997, be confirmed as an unopposed Order.
