Application for change of use from residential to office use.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this house was on a very restricted site, and therefore not suitable for use as a family dwelling, and that the proposed office use would be acceptable in this mixed use area. A Class B1 office or light industry use was requested, however he recommended approval for office use only, and subject to use only during normal working hours.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16970, subject to use solely as offices, only during normal working hours and not as a works depot for the window film fitting service.
