The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this house had already had several extensions and the current proposal would bring a two storey wing right to the boundary, approximately one metre from the neighbour's house which, however, had no windows at this point. The whole effect would be overdevelopment, and the recommendation of the Director was for refusal.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W11751/3.
