The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that an application had been received seeking retrospective permission to continue the use of the above premises as a hostel for a temporary period of five years. He recommended that a site visit be arranged to investigate the use. The visit would be arranged prior to the next meeting of this Sub-Committee on 4 February 1998.

That a site visit be held at the location of the application W3780/9.
