Application for front extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposal had been amended to reduce the front shop extension from 3.7 to 3.2 metres. The adjacent neighbours had objected to the impact of the proposal upon their front window, particularly as they had restricted views from other developments.

The Director was satisfied that the amended design would not restrict the neighbours outlook and recommended approval. The Parish Council's observation was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to an amended application W11781/5, with a 3.2 metre extension.
