Outline application to construct five dwellings.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as this was previously allowed on Appeal. The Parish Council and neighbours had objected but had raised no grounds that were not previously considered on appeal and overruled by the Appeal Inspector. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W13573/7, subject to the Appeal Inspector's conditions.
