Application for extension to provide public waiting area.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was a minor extension which would improve facilities and have no effect on local environment; he recommended approval until 31 January 2001 to accord with the existing building.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4 (5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 planning permission be granted to application W14328/3 until 31 January 2001, subject to no objections being received before the expiry of the advertisement period.

The meeting was concluded at 8.10 pm.
