V25-1225 : W14670/3 - 141 YARMOUTH ROAD, LOWESTOFT

Application for single storey front extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was an amended scheme following the recent Inspector's dismissal of a two storey front extension application, which had followed this Sub-Committee's refusal of the application at minute V25-85. The latest single storey proposal was in line with the Inspector's comments and the recommendation of the Director was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W14670/3.
