The Director of Planning and Building Control recommended approval for the above application subject to use of opaque glazing in the side window to avoid overlooking into the adjoining dwelling, the owner of which had objected. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W11366/2, subject to appropriate opaque glazing in the side window.
