Application to convert first floor to two flats and revised layout of second floor flat.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this proposal was acceptable in principle and met internal layout standards; he recommended approval. A site for the parking of two vehicles had subsequently been found near the application site.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W10351/3, subject to a suitable parking area being agreed by negotiations with the County Land Agent.
