Application for pitched roof extension.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this extension would be an improvement to the appearance of the building. The neighbour had objected to loss of view, privacy and direct sunlight, however these objections could not be sustained and the recommendation of the Director was for approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W16957.
