The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this proposal would spoil the appearance of the existing hedgerow, but as part of the hedge had already been removed, no alternative course of action was available to restore the situation; he recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16947, subject to a 1.8 metre high dark stained fence, and planting of a new hedge behind.
