Application for two storey extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application had been deferred at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee for discussions with the applicant. The revised application was for a smaller two storey extension at the rear and side of the dwelling. Neighbours had originally objected on grounds of loss of daylight and privacy, whilst the Parish Council recommended approval. The neighbours had not yet been reconsulted.

RESOLVED

That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to approve application W7598/1, subject to further negotiations.
