V25-1208 : LAND TO THE REAR OF 56 BERESFORD ROAD, LOWESTOFT
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that complaints had been received regarding the untidy condition of the rear garden of 56 Beresford Road, Lowestoft. A burnt out garage and car in the rear garden was visible from the publicly used alleyway and was detrimental to the amenity of the area. RESOLVED
That the Chief Executive be authorised to serve an Untidy Land Notice under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1991 on the owners 56 Beresford Road, Lowestoft requiring the land to be restored to a tidy condition.
