Application for redevelopment of the site, including new building under existing canopy and new preparation bays. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as this was an extension of a long established use. On economic terms it was hoped a further two jobs would be created. The observation of the Parish Council was for approval. Councillors welcomed the slight expansion of the company, but were concerned with proposals on the application to extend the siting of cars for sale around the corner into Bloodmoor Road. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W8965/4, subject to appropriate landscaping on the Bloodmoor Road side of the development.
