Application for the construction of two residential properties.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as a previous permission for two dwellings had been approved, and design and access were now acceptable. A scheme for three properties had been dismissed on appeal. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W15401/1.
