V25-1106 : DISCRETIONARY DISABLED FACILITY GRANT

This item was taken as urgent business, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the matter needed swift resolution in view of possible hardship over the winter before the Sub- Committee met again.

The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Disabled Facility Grant of £2,197.25 for works installing central heating in a property where the applicant's medical condition had been supported by the GP and the Council's Medical Advisor. (Para.5)
