V25-1105 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee refused an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant, as the applicant was below the usual age limit and the defects to the property were not sufficiently severe to meet usual criteria, as there were no exceptional circumstances. (Para.5)
