V25-1104 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee refused an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant from applicants who were not in receipt of any benefits and had savings in excess of the usual limit of £3,000, as there no circumstances considered exceptional. (Para.5)
