V25-1103 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee refused an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant from applicants who had owned a property in Council Tax Band C for four months, and were below the age limit criteria, as there were no circumstances considered exceptional. (Para.5)
